Coaching the WomenEd way: Our 2026 offer to the #WomenEd community
CVP Group and WomenEd are proud to continue their partnership in 2026, bringing a second round of post-qualification coaching opportunities to the #WomenEd community.
Our first cohort delivered exceptional outcomes, and we’re excited to build on that success.
We know women have been held back for too long. This programme puts qualified coaches from within our own community in the room — or on the screen — to empower each other. Whether it’s asking for a pay rise, going for that promotion, or reframing those limiting beliefs, our coaches are here to support you.
Our Offer
We are offering 4 CVP-qualified coaches who will each provide 6 coaching sessions to women from our community. Topics will be guided by you and your goals, within the key themes we promote as a community.
At least one coaching place is reserved for a woman from the global majority.
Funding: WomenEd contributes £100 per coach. Coachees contribute £100 for their 6 sessions.
Coaching Schedule
Coaching sessions will take place between June and September 2026, with coaches and coachees agreeing their own schedule and format. Sessions are typically fortnightly, and coaches have the flexibility to extend into the autumn term if needed — there is no pressure to complete all sessions before the summer.
What our community says
“Working with my coach was one of the most valuable and empowering experiences of my personal and professional life. From our very first session, I felt genuinely heard in a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space. Within a short time, coaching helped me deepen my understanding of myself and manage my thoughts and behaviours across both professional and personal contexts. I felt more grounded, more self-aware, and better equipped to manage both the pressures of work and the complexities of everyday life.”
Steph, School Counsellor — coachee, 2025 cohort
“Being supported by WomenEd to complete the coaching programme has elevated me on my give back journey. Always keen to help and support others, I now recognise that transformational change occurs when you empower others. The programme has given me the knowledge and skills to coach middle and senior leaders in my setting — all of whom have been women. In my personal life I am more present, I challenge assumptions and encourage agency. I have the coaching programme to thank for that!”
Nicole, Coach — 2025 cohort
